Special Meeting - Fall Race (Date changed: 1/25, 6:00 pm)

Hunting Members, Social Subscribers and Friends of the Blue Ridge Hunt:

There will be a special meeting of the entire membership Sunday January 25th at 6 PM. The meeting will be held at Weldon House (home of Bill and Anne McIntosh). Following the meeting will be a light meal courtesy of Bill and Anne.

At the meeting a presentation will be made to describe how the Hunt can continue to participate in the Fall Race fund raising for Blue Ridge Hospice and leverage the funds raised to enhance the Hunt’s goodwill more broadly in the community. Following the presentation a vote will be taken to get the membership’s input for the board of directors which will meet January 25th.

We realize that this may be a challenging time for some with pre-existing plans. We welcome the opportunity to discuss the meeting with you prior to or after January 23rd.
